WELCA Christmas Luncheon on Dec 8th

WELCA’s 2011 Christmas Luncheon will be Thursday, December 8th with seating at 11:30 am and lunch at noon. Menu will be 1/4 grilled chicken, buttered red potatoes, green beans, spring salad mix, rolls, desert, coffee and punch served by Premier Catering.

Tickets are on sale for $8 from the Board, Martha Sesvold, Dorothy Gray, Sue Staples, Vera Wensole and Doris Modahl. Entertainment by “Sisters in Song”. We are in for a good time. See you all there. Merry Christmas!

Fall Rummage Sale on Oct. 6th-7th

The Fall Rummage Sale is coming up! Set up days are Monday through Wednesday, October 3rd through 5th. The sale is on Thursday, October 6th from 8 am to 6 pm and Friday, October 7th from 8 am to 1 pm. We will need help (and trucks) on Friday to box up and haul leftover items to Goodwill. If you have any questions, call Doris Modahl.

WELCA Meeting on June 16th

WELCA will meet on Thursday, June 16th at 1:30 pm. Peggy Herbeck from the Aging Disability Center will be our speaker. She should be very interesting.

Spring Rummage Sale is May 5th & May 6th

The dates for the WELCA Spring Rummage Sale have been moved to the first week of May because of the Lenten Season. Set up days are Monday – Wednesday (May 2nd – 4th) and the Rummage Sale is Thursday, May 5th, 8 am to 6 pm and Friday, May 6th, 8 am to 1 pm. We will also need help and trucks on Friday after the sale to haul any leftover items. Thank you!

WELCA Meeting November 18th

WELCA will meet on Thursday, November 18th at 1:30 pm. Pastor Mark Jolivette will present our program on Thank Offering month. Ladies please bring your Thank Offering boxes.

Fall Rummage Sale October 7th and 8th

The Fall Rummage Sale is coming up on Thursday, October 7th and Friday, October 8th. Set up days are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Sale times are 8 am to 6 pm Thursday and 8 am to 1 pm Friday. WELCA Meeting August 19th

WELCA will meet on Thursday, August 19th at 1:30 pm. Dr. Stephen Pearson, Internal Medicine at Franciscan Skemp will have our program. His subject is healthcare, heart attacks, stroke, etc. It should be a very interesting program!

WELCA Meeting June 17th

WELCA will meet on Thursday, June 17th at 1:30 pm. Larry Klahn will be our program. The topic will be self defense at home and in the workplace. All members of the church are invited to attend.
